Job Description:
Cassia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse
Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position is crucial for
enhancing the daily lives of our residents by providing care
tailored to their specific needs. The ideal candidate will assist
in daily living activities for older adults under the supervision
of nursing and medical staff, while embodying Cassia’s commitment
to care that respects the dignity and values of all our residents.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing,
dressing, eating, and toileting. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of resident care. Support a safe environment for
residents, addressing and reporting any conditions that may pose a
hazard. Monitor health changes in residents and report those
changes to the registered nurse or medical personnel. Assist in the
mobility of residents, including lifting, transporting, and guiding
their movements. Engage with residents through social activities
and provide emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow
detailed instructions and procedures. Capable of performing
physical tasks required in assisting elderly residents. Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess
a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
