Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner. Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers. Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance Decent looking vehicle Organized tools Other: Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
