Job Description Job Description Salary: $70,000-$85,000 Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Unit Store Manager to oversee daily operations, sales performance, and team leadership across multiple airport retail locations. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands airport operations, and can drive consistent execution across stores while delivering an exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple retail locations within the airport Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance across all stores Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and hourly teams Ensure consistent brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service Analyze sales reports, labor budgets, and inventory levels to optimize performance Oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor efficiency for all locations Partner with buying, visual, and corporate teams to execute promotions and floor sets Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with airport authority regulations, security protocols, and company policies Address operational challenges quickly and proactively in a high-traffic environment Qualifications 35 years of multi-unit retail management experience (airport or high-volume retail preferred) Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and inventory Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings Comfortable working in a regulated airport environment Proficiency in POS systems, sales reporting, and basic financial analysis Preferred Experience Airport, travel, or hospitality retail experience Experience managing multiple store managers Background in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus potential A fast-paced, unique retail environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Robust Employee discounts Growth opportunities Health Insurance (75% Employer coverage) Vision Insurance (75% Employer coverage) Dental Insurance (75% Employer coverage) Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Why Join Us?
