Job duties include using the correct procedures to maintain clean and sanitary surfaces, removing and cleaning messes and spills, restocking supplies, resetting patient rooms. Environmental Services staff must be comfortable in the hospital and clinic setting including cleaning occupied patient rooms. Assignments will include patient rooms, procedure and operating rooms, restrooms, hallways, lobby, and visitor areas. Individuals age 18 and under and attending high school will be assigned work that meets all applicable laws. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is not eligible for F-1 OPT STEM extension. Qualifications Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English. Ability to follow written and verbal directions. Must be organized, efficient, and able to work independently and/or in a team setting. Shift assignments may be altered to accommodate departmental/customer services. High School Degree or G.E.D preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Must be flexible to respond to changing priorities and handle changing workflow. SWMN Bed Tower Exemption Status Nonexempt Compensation Detail $18.11-$24.48/hour Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 40-80 Schedule Details Full-time and part-time opportunities Shift times include 9am-5:30pm, 11am-7:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 5pm-1:30am, and 11:30pm-7:30am. Every other weekend and every other holiday required. Other shifts may be available and will be discussed during an interview.
