Job Title: DER Interconnection Application Coordinator

System One is actively seeking a DER Interconnection Application Coordinator for a long-term contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities: Facilitate the Distributed Energy Resources (DER) interconnection application process.
Run and analyze reports to manage and track applications.
Advance applications through internal workflow.
Communicate with customers regarding application status and the next steps.
Pull and review daily reports; complete and process assigned tasks.
Ensure timely processing of applications.
Respond to inquiries submitted through the portal related to solar interconnection applications.
Coordinate with internal teams to move applications forward efficiently.


Requirements: College degree or a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce.
Prior experience managing application processes.


Project Location: Minneapolis, MN
Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule - Remote M & F, T-Th in office
Pay Rate: $26.00/hr.
Contract Duration: 12-Months
