Director of Enterprise Systems Digital Transformation, SIOP& SIOE
and support the definition of the Enterprise Services “OneRTX”
to-be future state vision for SIOP planning processes, and the
corresponding digital enablement. The following position is to join
our RTX Enterprise Services team: This Director will lead the
development and sustainment activities for innovative, compliant IT
digital architectures with a primary focus on Supply Chain Sales,
Inventory and Operations Planning processes within the Product
Lifecycle Services (PLS) and SIOP domain. This role will shape IT
solutions that span enterprise-level applications and
business-specific capabilities across RTX’s three business
units—Raytheon, Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace—and corporate
functions with a primary focus on Kinaxis Maestro. As a recognized
technical leader, the candidate will help define and drive
implementation and sustainment support for the vision for
enterprise architecture, establish technology standards, and
deliver actionable strategies to support RTX’s business goals and
synergy targets. This individual will be responsible for aligning
and coordinating multiple Kinaxis related projects across the three
Business Units with business objectives, integrating emerging
technologies, and guiding solutions architecture teams across the
organization to deliver value-driven outcomes, with a focus on
driving harmonization across the Enterprise Kinaxis solutions. The
position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as
the candidate will collaborate closely with senior functional
leaders, internal partners, and external vendors. A deep
understanding of RTX's structure, business units, functional
organizations, and global business services is highly desirable.
This position will need to partner with the broader Enterprise
Services team and Business Unit Digital and Process teams to ensure
process focused functional requirements will be met with efficient,
standardized and harmonized digital solutions. This role should be
focused on driving end user adoption of the associated
implementation, sustainment and enhancement projects. What You Will
Do: Lead and support the Enterprise Services Kinaxis sustainment
organization, supporting process standardization efforts, driving
harmonization in technical enablement and ensuring all sustainment
and enhancement efforts drive measurable value to the enterprise.
Support the strategic enterprise approach to SIOP process
harmonization, sustainment centralization, and technology
consolidation across demand planning, supply/capacity planning,
inventory planning and SIOP process and technology landscape.
Support digital strategy development, manage operational
sustainment activities, and execute tactical processes in people
management, managing both internal, external and shared services
representatives. Partner with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs)
and supply chain leaders to align business, functional, and program
application technical roadmaps with enterprise goals. Expand
leverage of Kinaxis digital capabilities within the context of SIOP
and supporting processes, to drive efficiencies Support the Partner
to the SIOP Inventory digital programs by managing an effective
program response through multiple initiatives supported by business
unit teams across RTX and aligned with other digital disciplines
(Cyber, Infrastructure, and data) Guide communities of practice,
socialize architectural strategies, and educate stakeholders on the
effective use of application architecture efforts and best
practices. Ensure solutions are compliant with RTX IT policies and
industry standards while minimizing complexity and maximizing
scalability. Collaborate across legal, digital technology,
manufacturing, supply chain and engineering to maintain a culture
of compliance, best practice and innovation. Qualifications You
Must Have: BS Degree in computer sciences, supply chain management,
engineering, mathematics or related field – Related Masters Degree
preferred. 15 years of professional experience across multiple
digital supply chain services and technology disciplines, including
Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro 12 years experience leading
project teams in digital or process transformation 5 years leading
technology sustainment / Center of Excellence teams supporting
business technology implementations. Experience in Implementing
global planning capabilities like SIOP/IBP/S&OP, Inventory
Planning, Demand planning, Supply /Operations planning or Materials
planning. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
authorized to access the financial management system due to
government contractual requirements Experience in working in
complex corporations and/or Aerospace and Defense or related
industries. Qualifications We Prefer: Direct experience working
with RTX business units, functional organizations, or enterprise
services with knowledge of advanced technologies and their
application in supply chain scenarios, such as predictive
analytics, digital twins, and robotic process automation (RPA).
Direct experience with Kinaxis, Talend, SAP ECC or S/4, Experience
leading large-scale enterprise architecture initiatives with a
focus on supply chain transformation and must be highly
self-motivated, directed, and change oriented Strong interpersonal
skills, demonstrated ability to debate, dialogue, negotiate,
influence and work with others collaboratively, constructively, and
with respect Experience with / understanding Supply Chain
Management and Project Management Experience & Certification (e.g.
PMP) Strong awareness of trends in business process, strategies and
digital technologies and demonstrated ability to apply those
insights into current business challenges. Location: This position
is REMOTE As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring

remote. The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
