Implementation Project Consultant is responsible for managing
specific components of implementation projects. Components may
include gathering requirements, submitting build requests based on
requirements, or validating test files and system rule setups. This
role serves as a key liaison between external customers and
internal teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined,
expectations are aligned, and solutions are delivered accurately
and on time within a highly collaborative, pod-based environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead assigned portions of implementation
projects from kickoff through go-live and transition. - Partner
directly with customers to facilitate discovery and
requirements-gathering sessions, setting clear expectations for
scope, deliverables, and implementation approach. - Develop and
manage project scope documentation and obtain formal customer
sign-off. - Manage specific workstreams within the project,
ensuring timely and accurate communication with both internal and
external stakeholders. - Interpret customer requirements and submit
configuration and setup requests to build organizational structures
and accounts within internal systems. - Prepare and submit task
requests (e.g., via ServiceNow) to support system setup, installs,
and configuration activities. - Coordinate and manage testing
activities, including reviewing and validating customer-provided
files and test transactions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitate and participate in a variety of meetings, which may
include issue resolution sessions, internal project updates,
customer training, or collaboration with product teams on system
enhancements. - Deliver customer training and demonstrations,
including building simple demo reports to help customers understand
system outputs and post implementation results. - Collaborate
closely with cross-functional team members within a pod-based
delivery model, contributing to shared project goals and supporting
other pod roles as needed. Collaboration & Work Environment -
Operate within a highly collaborative pod structure, partnering
with defined roles across implementation, product, and operations
teams. - Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment where
daily activities may vary based on project needs, customer
requirements, and internal initiatives. - Maintain a strong focus
on communication, teamwork, and accountability to ensure successful
project outcomes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Three to five years of
experience in project management activities. - Bachelor's degree,
or equivalent work experience. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE -
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area -
Demonstrated management and leadership skills - Strong
organizational and analytical skills - Advanced knowledge of
project management - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and
to analyze data - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means there's
an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the
flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for

to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package,

eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00 U.S.
