Job Description:

Qualifications/Experience: Skills and/or knowledge for the specific position. Applicant needs to be able to follow simple directions and be willing to assist the lead/main instructor. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: The ability to help establish and maintain standards of behavior, and help to maintain effective communication with other staff, students and parents while representing Community Education and Cambridge-Isanti Schools in a positive way. Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty. Specific Tasks: Under the limited supervision of the Community Education Coordinator and the direct supervision of the lead Instructor of the activity performing intermediate skilled work for the specific position hired for.
