Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Collaborate with medical team to optimize patient care plans Maintain patient safety and confidentiality standards Adhere to and enforce strict radiation safety guidelines Document and manage patients' records accurately and ensure compliance with health regulations Assist radiologists and other healthcare professionals during complex radiological examinations Provide compassionate care and communication to patients and their families Regularly inspect and perform basic maintenance on radiologic equipment Participate in continuous education to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field Proficiency in various forms of radiologic technology, including X-ray and MRI Strong technical and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology Excellent patient management skills Ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist by relevant state bodies
