Physical Therapist Location: Rice Lake, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,746 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Inpatient Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 5 shifts, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Trauma level care experience preferred Description: Unit Notes: Cancellation policy allows for client cancellation up to 12 hours every 13 weeks. Charting system utilized is Cerner. BSN is not required for this position. Guaranteed hours are 40 hours per week. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS).
