Advanced Technology: Leverage your familiarity with Cerner, the EMR system used at our facility. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive urological care to inpatients and outpatients. Conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform necessary urological procedures. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, including nurses and other physicians, to optimize patient care. Manage call coverage and respond to patient needs outside of scheduled hours. Participate in admissions as needed. Round on inpatients to ensure their needs are met. Qualifications for Success: Board certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU). Valid Missouri medical license to practice medicine without restrictions. Current certification in BLS to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety. Experience with both inpatient and outpatient urology is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
