Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs clinical coordinator and medical provider of changes or needs.Qualifications:Education: Degree obtained from accredited nursing program. Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in Minnesota in good standing.Experience: Minimum of one-year previous experience as a nurse required.Special knowledge, skills, and abilities:Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulationsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProven history of good judgement and integrityHigh level of commitment to compassionate customer serviceAbility to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident.CPR CertificationWage: $31.09 - $42.19, based on experienceSaint Therese is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
