Job Description Job Description Project Manager – Confidential Precision Tooling & Mold Manufacturer Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN | Full-Time | On-Site We’re recruiting on behalf of a premier precision mold manufacturer in the Minneapolis area that’s known for delivering complex tooling solutions with unmatched craftsmanship. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical programs from quote through completion—driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate customer RFQs and develop accurate tooling quotations Lead project execution from kickoff to delivery Coordinate cross-functional teams across machining, design, purchasing, and production Manage scheduling, routing, requisitions, and buyouts Oversee CAD/CAM programming (vertical CNC mills) and inspection (CMM/manual) Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives Serve as a primary point of contact with customers and vendors Preferred Background: 5 years in mold manufacturing or precision tooling Experience with CAD/CAM programming and ERP systems (Epicor or similar) Strong leadership and communication skills Technical knowledge of machining, inspection, and project scheduling Degree from a technical school or equivalent hands-on experience Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus potential Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Supportive leadership and professional development opportunities A modern, well-resourced shop environment with the latest technology Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN If you are interested in this position, please apply here or send your resume to matthew@mrrecruiter.com
