Job Description Job Description Job Title: Machinist – CNC Specialist About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team and operate HAAS CNC Centers and Bar Feed lathes . In this role, you’ll craft precision components like metal brackets, handles, and valves that keep industries moving. If you take pride in accuracy and quality, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What You’ll Do Operate HAAS CNC Centers and Bar Feed lathes with precision. Manufacture high-quality metal brackets, handles, and valves. Perform manual setups and adjust feeders and tooling equipment. Execute basic setup codes and ensure smooth machine operation. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges . Record inspection results in the company database. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday. What We’re Looking For CNC operation and setup experience (HAAS preferred). Skilled in using measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, height gauges. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Education/Experience: 2-year CNC degree or 2 years of CNC operation and manual setup experience. CNC programming experience is a plus. Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MANKATO, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
