Our client, a leading manufacturer in the dairy industry, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting innovative engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Engineer Location: Bloomer, WI Pay Range: $31.25 - $37.50 per hour based on experience What's the Job? Lead the electrical assembly of the Calf Hero™ units, ensuring all wiring is installed according to engineering specifications. Oversee mechanical assembly tasks, including plumbing and motor installation, while maintaining high-quality standards. Supervise service technicians and provide remote technical support to ensure efficient service operations. Implement lean manufacturing protocols and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Conduct pre-shipment inspections and system testing to guarantee product quality and performance. What's Needed? Degree or certification in Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or 5-8 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems (208–480V, 1 & 3 phase). Proficiency in reading and creating wiring schematics and CAD drawings. Familiarity with UL/CE certification standards and lean manufacturing practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. What's in it for me?
