both prospective and established clients across the Twin Cities

This individual will work closely with internal teams, Project

development efforts. Core Responsibilities Estimating & Technical
Work Prepare detailed estimates for commercial plumbing in both
design/build and plan/spec environments. Develop, draft, and
clarify a comprehensive Scope of Work for each bid. Design and
conceptualize full plumbing systems when required (preferred).
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications,
and design intent. Collect, analyze, and compare quotations from
vendors and subcontractors. Produce accurate and competitive
estimates using approved estimating software (FastEST, Trimble,
etc.). Work in Salesforce to manage incoming bid requests, client
details, and estimate tracking. Communication & Coordination
Maintain regular communication with customers, vendors,
subcontractors, and internal partners. Collaborate with sales and
leadership teams to support customer solutions and pricing
strategies. Track and manage multiple active estimates
simultaneously, often under tight deadlines. Provide technical
support related to estimating, scopes, and plumbing system
concepts. Client Relationship Support (Non–Project Management)
Serve as the primary estimating point of contact for assigned
clients. Support negotiations and clarify scope during the
pre-contract stage. Help identify opportunities for new business
within current accounts. Education & Experience Requirements Proven
experience in commercial plumbing estimating; additional experience
in mechanical wet side systems is a plus. Experience in
design/build plumbing or an architectural/design background
(preferred). Skilled in reading and interpreting plans,
specifications, and building codes. Experience with FastEST,
Trimble, FastDuct, or FastPipe is a plus. CAD or REVIT experience
strongly preferred and considered higher-level talent. Proficiency
in Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of relevant federal,
state, and local construction and plumbing regulations. Strong
verbal and written communication skills. Business Conduct
Expectations Adheres to company values and the Code of Conduct.
Promotes and models safe work practices. Demonstrates

continuous improvement and embraces change. Maintains compliance
with Operations Standards. Work Schedule Standard business hours,
