Paraprofessional to support student learning and classroom
activities in a school environment located in Burnsville, MN. This
contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with educators
to assist students with diverse needs, helping to create an
engaging and supportive educational setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide instructional support to teachers in the classroom. Assist
students with academic tasks, behavior management, and social
skills. Support students with special needs, adapting learning
materials as necessary. Supervise students during classroom and
school activities. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement
educational plans. Monitor and report student progress and behavior
to educators. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in
educational settings, preferably as a paraprofessional.
Understanding of child development and learning strategies. Ability
to support students with diverse needs, including special
education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience,
flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed. Location:
