We are currently seeking a Project Manager who is not only capable of leading commercial construction projects but also has the drive and vision to transition into an ownership role within the company. Position Highlights Compensation: Competitive salary with profit sharing Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and additional perks Growth: Clear pathway to ownership for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment Identify opportunities for company growth and improvement Qualifications Experience: 8 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction Proven track record of successfully managing projects to $20M Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in construction management software Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership and long-term growth This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to become part of something bigger.
